There is still spaces in the garden. People have abondoned their plots and let it go to weeds and have not paid the fees to have them, so we are offering them at no charge to others who want to try their hand at growing things. We have late season seeds for free. We expend considerable resources to offer garden space and hate to see it go to waste.

We have onions and fruit all over the block so feel free to take it, dig, it harvest it as it ripens. It is there for the foragers amoung us! Peace.

We are actively seeking to remove fossil fuels from all our buildings. We are partnering with Flow systems in Rodgers MN that uses ultra high efficiency heat pumps using carbon dioxide as the coolant. They will do any size building but the cost is crazy. 250k for my 48 unit building. That is why I am the crazy green landlord. I don't care about profit, I care about the world first and foremost. Let's work for a better future every day.
