❤️🏠I have to admit - this was my most special closing to date! I got to help my son buy his first home!❤️🏠

I loved looking at houses with him, explaining the ins and outs of submitting offers and buying a home, and celebrating when we finally got that accepted offer! (Yes, homes are still selling over asking price and in multiple-offer situations!)

Getting to be his realtor during such an exciting milestone was truly special.

Congratulations on your first home, Zach Smisek! I couldn’t be more proud of you, and I can’t wait to see how you turn this home into your own. ❤️🏡

🌟Congratulations to Michelle! It was so fun working with you to buy this home!🌟

In a competitive market, making your offer stand out to the seller can make the difference in whether yours is the offer accepted or not. Michelle's offer stood out because she was willing to give the seller a rent-back after closing. She officially became the homeowner at the beginning of June but allowed the seller to stay in the home through the end of the month.

That flexibility made all the difference and helped make her offer the winning one! 🏡✨

There are so many strategies beyond price that can help buyers succeed in a competitive market. If you've never heard of a rent-back agreement or you're curious about how it works, send me a message. I'd be happy to explain and help you understand when it can be a smart option!
