👀 June housing numbers 🏠
Price growth continues to slow as inventory increases, seemingly due to higher interest rates. New listings down 6.4% year over year, but inventory significantly increased by 21.4% as demand continues to weaken. Most markets still strongly favor the seller with overall months supply at 1.7 (5 months supply is considered a balanced market).
