My Hooman sold my kingdom. Without asking me. 😾

🌾 The Kingdom
One red farmhouse. An acre of freedom. Nightly raccoon patrols with my posse. Life was perfect… until she started dreaming about snow removal and someone else mowing the lawn.

She painted. She purged (including my basement hideout 🙄). She got connected with a lender early, previewed the house with Amy Michielle before listing, and watched the market instead of guessing. Apparently timing matters.

Then the right one appeared: garage, trees, patio, pool, no shoveling. One offer. Ours.

Kingdom downsized. Royalty intact. 💅

🅿️ Parking — At the Fair, it’s the difference between a great day and a meltdown before you even get in the gate. In a home, it’s the same story: garage vs. street, one spot vs. two — don’t skip this line item.
🍟 Food/Kitchen — Nobody remembers a Fair without the food. Nobody loves a house without a kitchen that works for how you actually live and gather.
