Extra charming classic Minneapolis beauty under contract!
It’s easy to get discouraged while searching for a home during peak season. I always tell my buyers though, to just keep going, because an EVEN BETTER HOME is right around the corner! It sounds cheesy, but I’ve tested this and true time and time again.
After a whole decade in this business I’m always enlightened to see my buyers get exactly what they want and not having to sacrifice important things like inspections or settle on a house that is just OK for them. Just OK won’t fly by me, I’m here to help you get what you want!

Congratulations to Kaylee and her partner, Martin on the purchase of their first home AND commercial space! When Kaylee came to me looking for a house in NE I don’t think any of us could have predicted finding this stunning turn of the century home with attached storefront. Very cool! I’ve never been a huge Christmas decoration fan…. until this house. Now I think I need ALL the Christmas because it makes the warmth of the logs so comfortable and inviting. Just a nice place to snuggle down with some tea or mulled wine. More Christmas Log House coming soon…

Congratulations to Kathryn on the closing of her beautiful new lake view condo! We spent a lot of time scoping out condominiums; they’re all so different, and it was really important to Kathryn to find a spot that was peaceful, beautiful, and an active condo-neighborhood community. After two months of searching and researching, she finally found THE most perfect spot and we were able to get an accepted offer in multiples! So happy that Kathryn found a spot she loves, it was such a pleasure working with her!
I sadly couldn’t be at her closing but the team at Regency Title and her awesome lender, Jill Rothenberger with

My sweet client came to me with very specific criteria and a short timeline, yes please, challenge accepted!
This condo went into multiple offers the first day on market, within 24 hours my clients offer was accepted! And we found this with just over a week of searching. When competing with multiple offers there are so many ways you can wow and excite a seller. (Hint, it’s not always highest offer that wins!)
