better serve our clients and partners. WSB provides engineering, planning, environmental and construction services to clients in the government, commercial and energy markets. We join a staff of over 700 who work together to improve the way people engage with communities, transportation, infrastructure, energy and our environment. WSB currently has 17 offices in five states – including a presence in Texas and Colorado. Since 2000, EST has been committed to consistently delivering technically precise, thorough and thoughtful solutions for public and private infrastructure projects.
