Join us in congratulating our team member of the month, Steven Roach from Rivergate Meadows! Steven originally joined us six months ago as a temporary worker, but he quickly proved himself to be a valuable team member. Back in May, Rivergate Meadows lost their Service Supervisor, leaving Steven as a sole member of a two-person maintenance team. Despite being new to the team, Steven stepped up to the challenge without hesitation. Over the last few months, he has put in the hard work and long hours, remaining on-call 24/7 to ensure the community is taken care of. Because of his tireless efforts, weekly work orders are at an all-time low, turns are being completed on time, and move-in units look fantastic.

Steven handles each challenge with a smile and brings infectious positivity to the team. Our residents absolutely love him and are frequently saying how grateful they are for his help. Thank you for your outstanding work, Steven!

Please join us in recognizing our Team Member of the Month, Stan!

Stan's recent peer nominations highlight exactly why he is a valuable part of our daily operations - showing up ready to work hard, support his peers, and keep the property running smoothly.

Stan is accessible and willing to help in times of need. He doesn't hesitate to answer his phone to help a teammate out to solve a problem, and he even recently coached a coworker through a DIY home repair so they felt confident in doing so. During a recent critical incident at the property, Stan was one of the first to respond, calmly directing people away from danger. Whether it's covering fire watch or staying overnight in severe weather to prep the grounds, he steps up when the property and his team need him the most. Stan is putting in the work daily to keep our metrics strong, maintaining a < 24-hour work order completion rate and completing apartment turns in under 7 days, all while making time to support our sister properties.

Thank you, Stan, for your hard work, your responsiveness, and your commitment to supporting the team. We appreciate your efforts!
