Ivy League Place is officially 100% leased! 🎉

Since taking on the St. Paul property listing in 2024, Element has taken a strategic, hands-on approach to leasing: looking beyond simply filling vacancies to understand what was possible for the building, its ownership, and its tenants.

Our team has worked alongside local ownership and property management, AJ Dagny Company, to strengthen tenant relationships, make strategic improvements, and create new leasing opportunities.

The past year brought exciting new tenants: Haven Design Collective, Sentier Psychotherapy, and Soma and Sage Integrative Health, along with numerous tenant renewals, relocations, and expansions.

A major milestone has been The Family Development Center, LLC expansion into a larger third-floor footprint, With Satoree Construction leading the major expansion (and providing us with stunning progress photos) we can't wait to see this next chapter take shape.

Today, the three-story historic building is home to 19 tenants spanning wellness, nonprofit, interior design, legal, counseling, technology, construction, and professional services.

A good afternoon to step away from the office. ⛳️

Yesterday the Element team spent the afternoon at Columbia Golf Course with our resident golf coach, Ian McRoberts, who started with a quick lesson on grip before putting it into practice on the driving range. We followed that up with a chipping lesson and a little friendly competition in a bump-and-run contest.

JoAnna Hicks took the win over Ian by just an inch! Please extend your congratulations next time you see her.

We celebrated this big win and a growing confidence in our golf game at 56 Brewing with some cold beverages and more time spent together.

It’s always nice to step away from the office, take advantage of a beautiful summer day, try something new, and spend time together outside of work. A little perspective, some friendly competition, and a few laughs made for a great afternoon with a great team. ☀️💙
