A new chapter at The Consortium!
Since acquiring the building in partnership with First Avenue last July, Element has taken on a more integrated role, combining ownership, landlord representation, project management, and leasing strategy to reposition the property for its next phase.
We’ve been focused on:
• Strategic leasing to support existing tenants & attract new creative office users
• Building and security upgrades, carefully phased to minimize disruption
• Aesthetic improvements, including a refreshed facade, new awning, and lobby upgrades featuring artwork and historic First Avenue posters
We’re also proud to share the completion of our new Element office in Suite 200, where we led the project from concept through construction, bringing our team into the heart of the Warehouse District as we enter our next decade of Driving Possibilities!
With renewed energy along the First Avenue corridor, we’re excited about what’s ahead for The Consortium and the role it can play in the continued evolution of the neighborhood.
