We do realize that the police may not be able to respond immediately; however, if you see the need, please call them for such things as buildings/apartments being broken into, physical assaults, arson, etc. We are with you during this time. We are still open during normal office office hours. If you have an after hour maintenance emergency issue (no heat, no hot water, major water issue, etc), remember that you can still call someone. Call the office and listen to who is on call.

Dear Residents;

Your comfort and safety are of the utmost importance to Innovative Properties, so as the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact, you have our commitment to continue to provide the highest levels of service and support. During this time, we have everyone’s safety and well-being at heart and are taking additional precautionary measures to protect our residents, our team members and our network of vendors and colleagues. Effective immediately we have implemented the following safeguards and recommendations:
• In order to best minimize health risks to our residents, team members and vendors, over the next 30 days, we kindly ask our residents to submit maintenance requests only for matters that are of an urgent nature. Please do keep a list of any non-urgent issues that you are experiencing, and we will be addressing all of these as the situation eases.
• During the next 30 days, please utilize our online services at www.RentCafe.com to pay rent or www.MNRenter.com to communicate in order to limit in-person office traffic. Effective for April rent, Innovative Properties will credit your account for the processing fee that you are charged if you pay online.
• All Innovative Properties personnel that visit and/or enter a home are asked to stringently follow all CDC recommended safety and cleanliness precautions, such as wearing latex gloves, repeated and careful hand sanitization, and social distancing.
• We have made it a clear expectation of Innovative Properties personnel that if they show or feel any sign of illness, they are required to stay home and will not be actively entering the office or apartments, or interacting with any residents in person.
• If any resident of your home tests positive for COVID-19, or if there is anything that Innovative Properties can accommodate for you during this time, please send an email to [email protected].
• We will continue to monitor the situation and may look at limiting office hours. In the event that happens, a sign will be placed on the office door with revised hours and [email protected] and maintenance contact will continue to be monitored.
In these uncertain and unusual times, one thing that remains unwavering is our commitment to residents, staff members and service providers’ comfort, security and safety. Please know we are committed to providing the highest level of service with your safety and health in mind.
