As many in this world have experienced, one moves through challenges and opportunities over the course of a lifetime. My career preparation began by graduating from MN State in Mankato with Psychology and Social Studies teaching degrees. After moving to the Twin Cities, I began work in the social service field for 5 years and then took up a career in Human Resources where I sp

ent 27 years as a Manager at various manufacturers in the Twin Cities. After many years in the field of Human Resources, a change was needed and I decided to get involved with real estate in 2005. First, my focus was purchasing and rehabbing homes but eventually I settled in as a Retail Residential Realtor® with Resource One Realty in St Louis Park. In late 2008 I moved on to Keller Williams where I have been a successful Realtor® since! As it turns out, my education and professional background was great preparation for being successful in real estate business. Keys to my success are serving the customer well, listening to their needs and goals, and then helping them to achieve them. As my business card says, “Your satisfaction is my reward”. I consistently apply high integrity, clear and consistent communication, hard work and follow up, to serve my clients. This has resulted in the development of many life long relationships and continues to generate many referrals. I have extensive experience helping current home owners sell and market properties and then assist them with a purchase to move up property, downsize, or supportive living environment, and can bring experience to first time home buyers. Also very successful in marketing and selling properties in a variety of price ranges. I can provide clients with a myriad of realty services, including referrals for financing, home inspections, closings, investment real estate, contractor and repair services, etc.
