Bittersweet! It is truly an honor to help a neighbor. Big HOWEVER, I don't want them to go!!
We met over the fence, as our pups made friends. I quickly realized that Teddy has great judgement and Irwin and his parents are just the sweetest.
Ugh... the commute to Rochester got to be too much. Cory & Abby asked me to market their sweet home. I am honored to help my friends but so hate to see great neighbors go.
It was the dreamiest transaction! Sold without any showings for top dollar. 🤩

We had a great shred event to celebrate Earth Day. Thanks to all that came out to shred and enjoy a drink. We collected and safelydisposed of over 18,000 pounds of paper!

I LOVE closing day! However, this one feels bittersweet… I am thrilled to have empowered the Engelhardts to achieve their dreams by securing the most incredible offer for their home. I carefully staged and marketed the house to attract maximum attention, and our efforts paid off. We were on the market just one day. 11 showings & a crazy busy open house generated multiple offers. The sellers got over 10% above asking price, ideal closing date and they get to stay in the house an extra two weeks to allow for an easy move. 🤩
However, I hate that my sweet friends are embarking on a new adventure, moving out of the country to provide the best life for their family. Cory and Kathryn, I will miss you so much! You both are an inspiration to me, and I know that this new chapter will bring you and the boys immense joy and growth. 💞
