To say I love these two would be the understatement of the year. I got the honor of helping my cousin Jack and his gorgeous wife Laura buy their new home. It's the second time we've worked together and I'm always sad when it's over. We went on quite the journey together and ended up exactly where we were supposed to be. Throw in a last minute free roof replacement from the sellers insurance, and all parties walked away happy. I'm so grateful that I get to do this work for a living. It's so rewarding. Next up is to sell their current home. Hope they're not sick of me yet! ❤️

When you sell one of your besties a house 🥰 so proud of this guy. Working with first time home buyers is my one true love in this profession. Ryan knocked it out of the park with his dedication and wicked smart instinct. This was the first house we looked at, and it was everything he was looking for. We negotiated the price down, got the sellers to pay his closing costs, and Ryan earned a down payment assistance loan through taking classes and asking all of the right questions. This is how you build investment equity and generational wealth as a grad student. So proud!

Had to wait for the data centers to cool down to share mine. 🤣 Then I took an Ai real estate class last week and feel like I should probably start to lean in. Currently weighing all ethical and environmental concerns regarding Ai. Happy to hear all perspectives if you have any to share.
