When Riverview at Upper Landing experienced an unexpected internet outage in the rental office and common areas on a Friday afternoon, Kristian quickly stepped in to help. After completing his work at another property, he made his way to Riverview, investigated the issue, identified the problem, and successfully restored service—all within a matter of hours.
His willingness to respond quickly and go the extra mile makes a meaningful difference to our teams and our communities. What may seem like a small fix can have a significant impact on daily operations and leasing efforts.
