This August, StuartCo came together once again for our annual School Supply Drive, and we’re incredibly grateful for the generosity and community spirit shown by our team members, residents, and corporate office!

Together, we collected much-needed school supplies to support Simpson Housing Services and the Kids In Need Foundation , helping provide students and teachers with the tools they need for a successful school year. From backpacks, notebooks, and pencils to crayons, markers, and essential classroom supplies, every contribution helps make a meaningful difference.

At StuartCo, we believe that strong communities are built by people coming together to support one another—and our School Supply Drive is a wonderful example of that in action. 💙

Since stepping into her role in 2022, Tyann has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a true resident-first mindset, and an unwavering commitment to creating a community residents are proud to call home. Under her leadership, The View continues to be welcoming, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed.

Tyann’s leadership was especially evident during the community’s extensive balcony replacement project, which impacted every apartment and brought significant disruption for residents. Through it all, she maintained clear communication, coordinated vendors, anticipated challenges, and worked to minimize the impact on residents. Her efforts helped The View retain an impressive 80% of residents during the project while maintaining an outstanding 4.8 online reputation score. 👏

Beyond her success with residents and property performance, Tyann is also a dedicated team leader who recognizes and supports the strengths of those around her. She encourages growth, builds accountability, and creates an environment where her team can thrive.

From responding to after-hours emergencies on his own time to taking initiative to resolve maintenance issues, he always puts resident comfort and service first. His dedication, initiative, and exceptional customer service have earned him consistent 5-star work-order survey ratings. We’re incredibly grateful for all that Denis does! ⭐

🔧 Evan Phillips- Greenfield Apartments
For three weeks, Evan was the only maintenance technician supporting a 324-home community, yet he never let service standards slip. He kept apartment turns on schedule, managed 5–10 work orders each day, and went above and beyond to keep an indoor pool project moving forward—even staying late and working weekends when needed. Through it all, Evan maintained a positive, professional attitude and continued to put residents first.

Congratulations to Denis and Evan on this well-deserved recognition! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to exceptional service make a difference every day. 👏🎉

Today, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on Roy Nolen, a nominee whose 13 years of dedication, leadership, and maintenance expertise have made a lasting impact on his community and the StuartCo team.

Roy is the kind of leader who leads by example. His extensive knowledge, proactive approach, and commitment to solving challenges have made him a trusted resource for residents and teammates alike. He has also played a key role in developing others, mentoring multiple technicians who have gone on to become Maintenance Leads.

During extended staffing shortages, Roy took on the maintenance needs of a 225-home community largely on his own—while continuing to provide the level of service residents expect. His dedication doesn’t stop at maintenance, either. Roy is always willing to lend a hand at resident events and is a steady, dependable presence throughout his community.
