Everyone’s favorite question these days: what is happening in the real estate market?

These photos represent a few of my sales in the last month. Proof we are still very much alive. Things have shifted, but in a good way!!

Home buyers are having the opportunity to take a breath again and make wise decisions. Home inspections are back. Full appraisal gap coverage is not a necessity and some properties are selling at their actual list price. Interest rates will continue to bounce around, but we are still in a sellers market, a market that has brought us back to reality and has allowed us a bit more flexibility for our buyers and sellers to negotiate on an even playing field.
