Grant brings an impressive background in real estate private equity, investment banking, and strategic consulting. Before joining MedCraft he was an independent consultant advising real estate firms and AI companies. He previously worked in the real estate private equity group at Prospect Capital Management and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Citi. He holds a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Grant enjoying the outdoors on Minnesota trails and lakes or skiing when the winter hits. He also enjoys watching baseball and football, cooking, and traveling with his wife, friends, and family.

We’re excited to have Grant on board and look forward to the expertise and perspective he’ll bring to the MedCraft team. Welcome, Grant!

Our summer interns have been hard at work, bringing fresh perspectives and supporting meaningful projects across MedCraft’s finance, marketing, and business development teams.

Leo Higgins, our Finance Intern, is a senior at Case Western Reserve University pursuing both a BSM and an MS in Finance, along with a minor in French. Aimee Erickson, our Marketing Intern, is a senior at the University of Tampa pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Media.

Throughout the summer, Leo and Aimee have gained hands-on experience in healthcare real estate while contributing to initiatives that help support our clients and our team. Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to take on new challenges have already made a positive impact.

Investing in the next generation of talent is something we value, and we’re grateful to have Leo and Aimee as part of the MedCraft team this summer.

MedCraft is thrilled to welcome Rob Kloehn to the MedCraft team as Vice President of Development and Construction! Rob brings an extensive background as a leader in the healthcare construction field, with hands-on experience managing and delivering a variety of healthcare facilities including ambulatory care centers, surgery centers, critical access hospitals, and other healthcare projects in previous roles with healthcare construction firms. Building on this background, Rob will lead the development process for new healthcare projects by putting the needs of our clients at the forefront and building highly effective teams.

Having great people like Rob is what truly makes MedCraft different! Not only is Rob a talented development and construction leader, but he also loves the outdoors and spends his free time traveling, snow skiing, and fly fishing wherever his Jeep Wrangler will take him. And most importantly, Rob is getting married in a couple days and will be honeymooning down under in New Zealand. To ensure Rob can fully enjoy his wedding and time away, he will be starting just after the first of the year.
