The upscale tower complex was designed by Dallas architects Humphrey & Partners. Thirty-eight floors with two hundred fifty residences, including a variety of choices from urban loft spaces to remarkable penthouses. Plus the grand public rooms and reception area, located at street level.

Private views from above are unique and varied. They include the modern urban cityscape, the river, including locks, dams and mill sites, the larger urban forest of the metropolitan area, and far beyond.

The Carlyle is at once a remarkable structure, and a warm community of Residents, of neighbors who have become friends. There are regular social and group functions, including book club, happy hours, seasonal gatherings indoors and out, and yoga, weekly in the Yoga/Pilates studio.
