It's that time of year again! Right across the river from Rivergate, The Main Cinema will be hosting the 45th annual Minneapolis St Paul International Film Festival. This film festival will show over 200 films from around the world and also feature parties, panels, visiting filmmakers, and special guests! MSPIFF is the largest annual celebration of international cinema in the region, and it is only a 12-minute walk away from our front door! Feel free to check out this awesome opportunity when you sign a lease with us 🙂

As part of our efforts, we are offering a new layout for both our one-bedroom and studio options. This new layout features a walk-in kitchen with more countertop space, additional cabinets, and larger appliances. Here at Rivergate, we love to celebrate our pets💕 For March, our Pet of the Month is Basil! Basil is a spunky and energetic Ragdoll mix who loves Churo treats. She spends her days napping in her cat tree and playing with her cute Stanley thermos toy.
