Big moves for TC^2! 🚛✨

The Element team partnered with Transportation Collaborative & Consultants (TC^2) to secure a new, custom office space to support their growing firm. After starting out at Element’s former 1,412 SF office at 117 Washington Ave N, TC2 has expanded to a stunning 4,142 SF corner space in the stately Northwestern building—just across the street!

With Element’s North Loop expertise, JoAnna Hicks led the lease negotiation while Kevin Kuppe managed the transformation of the space, adding private offices, a sleek new conference room, and updated lighting to to enhance functionality and optimize the overall layout for their operations.

Here’s to TC^2’s next chapter in their amazing new home!

✨ Breaking ground on the Pillsbury Creative Commons (PCC) project! ✨

The Element team was proud to attend this momentous event alongside project partners and community members to celebrate the future of this vibrant arts and technical arts hub in South Minneapolis.

Working as Owner’s Representatives, Element has partnered with Pillsbury House + Theatre to help the project team to turn their incredible vision into a reality—bringing bold ideas to life and driving possibilities.

The new PCC will soon be home to KRSM radio, shared community audio studios, a state-of-the-art scene shop, and training facilities, creating opportunities for collaboration and creative expression. A big thank you Pillsbury House Theatre and all involved for their inspiring vision and dedication to this community. We can’t wait to see this space come to life and look forward to the grand opening next summer - and future phases!

We’re thrilled to announce that is coming to Northeast Minneapolis! Located on the street level of Rafter at 333 E Hennepin Ave, Rosalia will open its doors in spring 2025, filling the building’s last retail space. 
 
Building on the success of their popular Linden Hills location, Rosalia’s second restaurant will bring its renowned wood-fired pizzas, seasonal salads, house-made desserts, craft cocktails, and Italian wine selection to Northeast Minneapolis. This new spot will add to the area’s vibrant dining scene, where beloved quick bites meet celebrated local destinations such as StepChld, Kramarczuk’s, The Sonder Shaker, All Saints, and Surdyk’s Side Bar. With recent additions like Parcelle Cafe, Silver Fern, and Wild Child cocktail bar, the neighborhood continues to grow as a hotspot for diverse culinary experiences.
