Amenity Feature: In-House Maintenance 🔧

One of the friendly faces behind our in-house maintenance team.

Our maintenance team keeps the community running smoothly through every season, but summer is especially busy with apartment turnovers, move-ins, move-outs, and resident service requests.

We're thankful for the people behind the scenes who help make CSCC a great place to call home. 🙌

🌼 Summer Housing Update 🌼

July is now fully rented, and we have begun sending housing offers for August move-ins.

A few reminders for students currently on the waitlist:

• August is our most requested move-in month and the waitlist remains very large.
• CSCC prioritizes families (married couples, domestic partners, and people with children) for all housing offers.
• As a result, most summer openings are offered to families.
• Housing offers are typically sent 30–60 days before a lease start date.

For single graduate students and postdocs who have not yet applied, the best availability is generally between October and April. Applying with a flexible 90-day move-in date range can also improve your chances of receiving an offer.

Thank you for your interest in CSCC housing. We will continue sending offers as additional vacancies become available throughout the summer.

A place for everything—and room to make it your own. 🏡

Storage can make a big difference in apartment living. CSCC apartments offer plenty of room for the essentials—and the extras.

The best part? Every resident makes the space their own. Whether your style is minimalist, cozy, colorful, or somewhere in between, these apartments are easy to personalize.

And with utilities included, budgeting is a little simpler, too.

Affordable living. Practical storage. A space that feels like home. ✨

Got stuff that’s not worth donating? Moving out soon and not sure what to do?

The large item dumpster is now available in Lot D for summer move-out season.

To keep this free resident amenity available, please follow these 3 rules:
1️⃣ Load the dumpster from back to front
(all the way in, then closer to the door).
2️⃣ Always securly close the dumpster.
3️⃣ Do not put any of these items in the dumpster:
-electronics
-appliances
-chemicals or paint
-tires
-dog waste
-cat litter
-everyday trash that belongs in the regular Aspen dumpsters

Thanks for helping keep this service clean, safe, and available for future residents 🙌
