The CSCC office will be closed on Monday, May 25th for the Memorial Day holiday. The office will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday May 26th.

Got stuff that’s not worth donating? Moving out soon and not sure what to do?

The large item dumpster is now available in Lot D for summer move-out season.

To keep this free resident amenity available, please follow these 3 rules:
1️⃣ Load the dumpster from back to front
(all the way in, then closer to the door).
2️⃣ Always securly close the dumpster.
3️⃣ Do not put any of these items in the dumpster:
-electronics
-appliances
-chemicals or paint
-tires
-dog waste
-cat litter
-everyday trash that belongs in the regular Aspen dumpsters

Thanks for helping keep this service clean, safe, and available for future residents 🙌

Residents, Metro Transit is asking for community feedback on the proposed route for the H-Line Bus Rapid Transit project. This project will replace parts of route 3 and 80 and will impact stops near CSCC.

The period for public comment ends on May 4th, so be sure to submit your feedback before then!
