Scott is a residential Realtor® and Owner of Verve Realty — a boutique real estate brokerage in Minneapolis. He represents buyers & sellers throughout the Twin Cities and specializes in Downtown Minneapolis lofts, condos, and townhomes. He has sold many of the notable luxury homes along the riverfront and has been the exclusive listing agent for developers of many of the new developments there. Prior to joining Verve in 2003, Scott managed a portfolio of luxury downtown condo associations on the Minneapolis riverfront. His passion for architecture & design keep him well versed in current trends and new developments in the housing industry. His extensive community involvement has helped him create a unique market niche in the riverfront neighborhoods. Scott has served as Vice President of the Downtown Mpls Neighborhood Association, President of the Northeast Mpls Business Association, Board Director at the Minneapolis Area Realtors, and is currently on the board of the Nicollet Island/East Bank Neighborhood Association. He is especially proud to have participated in the revitalization of the Minneapolis Riverfront over the past three decades - and he looks forward to its continued success in the future.
