✅ This standout deal, as one of the largest single-asset transactions of its vintage in DFW in the past three years, brought a buyer back to the market after nearly a decade — a testament to our extensive outreach and collaborative strategy. Congratulations to The Bascom Group LLC for securing non-recourse bridge loan financing through Morgan Properties Inc., featuring competitive terms, a five-year term and future funding for renovations.
