AI is overwhelming but it doesn’t need to be.

The reality is, whether you are a seasoned agent or a brand new agent, getting started with AI there are so many different platforms out there.

If I were you, starting from ground zero, the ones that I would dive into first are going to be:
- Claude
- Chat
- Perplexity
- Gemini

Think of Chat and Gemini as your strategists or your coaches.

Think of Perplexity as your researcher.

Think of Claude as your content creator.

Hope this helps get you started. Drop a comment below on which one is your favorite 👇🏽

As a parent, I feel extremely heavy and heartbroken with what is happening. But one thing our city knows how to do better than any other is take care of one another. We embody the meaning of community.

I’m organizing weekly supply collections to support families affected by ICE enforcement and the cutting of benefits in Minnesota.

Accepting donations:
• Non-perishable food items
• Feminine hygiene products
• Diapers (all sizes)
• Baby formula and supplies
• Monetary contributions

Drop-offs will be delivered to local organizations every week. Watch my stories for more on what is most needed each week. DM me for donation details and coordination.

My commitment: 3% of my real estate commissions will indefinitely support:
∙ Emergency meal programs
∙ Legal assistance funds
∙ Rent relief through trusted nonprofits

No family should face this alone. We protect our community together.

The sun setting at 4:47pm hits different when you’ve got a toddler who still needs to burn energy before bedtime. With daylight savings this weekend and cooler months ahead, here’s where we’re headed:

📚 Wild Rumpus (Linden Hills) - books + climbing structure

☕ Rebe’s Play Cafe (Saint Paul) - because sometimes you need coffee too

🌿 Edinborough Park (Edina) - green space without the cold

🛝 Good Times Park (Eagan) - slides that actually wear them out

⚽ Hopkins Pavilion - indoor turf for when cabin fever hits

These places save us between 5-7pm when it’s dark, cold, or we just need to get out of the house. Not sponsored, just survival mode parenting.

What are your go-to indoor spots?
Drop them below. 👇

First things first: I’m going to ask you a lot of questions.

Not just “what’s your budget” questions. I mean the uncomfortable ones. What are you actually willing to compromise on? What’s a dealbreaker versus what’s just a preference? Why are you buying right now, and what happens if we don’t find the right thing?

Because I’m not here to show you every house that pops up on Zillow. I’m here to help you buy the right house.

We’re going to tour homes, and I’m going to point out things you wouldn’t notice. Foundation cracks that matter versus ones that don’t. Why that “updated” kitchen is actually going to cost you in five years. What that price per square foot actually tells us about whether this is a good deal.

When we find the one? I’m writing an offer that’s competitive but not reckless. I’m negotiating inspection items that actually matter, not nickel-and-diming over stuff that doesn’t move the needle.

And if we get to a point where I think you’re about to make a decision you’ll regret? I’m going to tell you. Even if it means we don’t close this month.

You’re not hiring me to unlock doors and write contracts. You’re hiring me to make sure you don’t look back in two years and wonder why no one told you the truth.

Strategic. Thorough. Honest, even when it’s hard.
That’s what it’s like to work with me.

This past August, I worked with five different sellers.

Four closed. One we’re still strategizing on because timing matters more than forcing a sale.

Five completely different stories. Five different needs. Five different strategies.

One was juggling a toddler, keeping the house show-ready, AND coordinating a new build timeline. We made it work.

Another needed serious cosmetic cleanup and a full stage to make their home shine. We put in the work, and it paid off.

One seller finished out their half story before listing—not because I pushed them to, but because the numbers made sense. And yes, it absolutely increased their profit.

Another went back and forth with a buyer who came in way under. We negotiated hard, got them to a fair number, and that seller’s now onto what his family actually needed.

And one? We had an offer. Buyer got cold feet. We went hard on marketing, but I ultimately advised renting it out until the market shifts. I’m not here to pressure someone into a bad financial decision just to close a deal. That client I still advise, and when the timing’s right, we’ll press go.

These are people’s biggest financial decisions. But they’re also their biggest life decisions in the season they’re in.

My job isn’t to cookie-cutter this process. It’s to meet you where you are and build a strategy that actually fits your life.

Different people. Different reasons. Different budgets. Same goal—getting to that next chapter.

And honestly? It’s an honor to help them get there.

If you’re curious what it’s like to actually work with me, drop a “next chapter” in the comments or send me a message.
