(Graduate of the Realtors Institute), C.R.S (Certified Real-estate Specialist), only 3% of realtors nationally, are C.R.S.’s, and he was just awarded the industries E-Pro designation. E-Pro is a technology designation which is increasing his knowledge of marketing, managing, and communication with customers who are in various stages of their transactions, by incorporating technology to make the entire process smoother. He was recognized by “Who’s Who in executives and professionals”. Delbert is a member of the Minneapolis Board of Realtors, and a past Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Minneapolis Board of Realtors.
