Staging is seriously underrated.

We were out looking at houses this week and were reminded just how much of a difference good staging can make.

Same house. Same finishes. Same square footage. But when the furniture is right, the rooms feel bigger, the layout makes more sense, and it’s so much easier to picture yourself living there.

It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive either. Sometimes it’s simply getting the right furniture in the right rooms and getting rid of the stuff that makes a space feel crowded.

If you’re selling, don’t underestimate what staging can do. It can absolutely change how buyers see your house.
