We're honored to have been nominated for multiple awards and ultimately take home some hardware in three categories this year at the MN RE Journal Real Estate Awards. For Owner, Multi-Family St. Paul, we were recognized for our work in partnership with Brian Farrell on The Alvera. Our very own Jackie Knight, CCIM, CRX, CPM was also awarded the Woman of the Year in Development and Construction! And finally, we were recognized as the Owner/Landlord of the Year!

We're excited to partner with NYC-based Common to manage our new 193-unit Alvera Apartments located in downtown St. Paul.

In collaboration with Northland Real Estate Group, we developed the Class A building to meet the growing demand of middle-class renters. The building features two lobbies, a club room, remote work area, outdoor deck, fitness center and bike storage. It also has the city’s only self-automated parking stacker. A mural by Aaron de la Cruz also wraps around the exterior of the building, running from the second floor up to the seventh floor.
