We had the pleasure to work with our long-term client Geosyntec Consultants on their recent relocation to The Marq (250 Marquette Avenue in Minneapolis). Like most firms, they were looking to bring employees back to a space they would be proud of, in a building that had all the modern-day amenities. Congratulations to all!

Announcing TRIA GameFace at 3741 Louisiana Ave! Mike Doyle CCIM, SIOR and Commercial completed the lease for TRIA Orthopedics GameFace, a new 17K SF facility opened in February. This innovative training center combines sports performance training with high-quality sports medicine, with a state-of-the-art weight system, TRIA clinic, and more. Congratulations to Loffler Companies on a fully leased building!

Kenwood Commercial is excited to announce the recent lease of 280 North Snelling Ave in St. Paul to Entira Family Clinics. This infill medical building was originally developed by Nils Snyder, CCIM, SIOR and has been 100% full since construction in 2008. Thank you to Nat Shea of Tanek for providing architectural services!

The Kenwood Commercial team plunged for Special Olympics Minnesota and the Inclusion Revolution in Blaine/Anoka County last weekend. Great weather, but the water was still cold! Looking forward to next year’s plunge already!
