His professional career began working in the land acquisition department for a production home builder, where he researched the competition provided market analyses, and helped conduct focus groups for planned communities. Following that role, Jon spent the next eight years in corporate real estate, assisting companies to buy, sell, lease and build office, industrial and retail space across the country and throughout the world.
