We're excited to officially welcome Jessica Lozano to the 60 South Sixth management team as our new Property Administrator!

Jessica recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Law. Originally from Ga***rd, Minnesota, she brings a strong customer service background and a passion for organization, having previously worked as a Front-End Supervisor .

In her new role, Jessica will support the day-to-day operations of the building, assist with tenant services, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her thoughtful, dependable approach and enthusiasm for learning have already made her a wonderful addition to our team.

If you see Jessica around the building, be sure to introduce yourself and give her a warm 60 South Sixth welcome!

August is here at 60 South Sixth! 📚🥤🍊🌽🎡

We're making the most of the final weeks of summer! This month, join us as we support the United Way School Supply Drive, celebrate National Root Beer Float Day, toast to summer at our Spritz Social Happy Hour, get creative during our Crop Art Competition and wrap up the month with everyone's favorite State Fair at 60 featuring food, games, and prizes. We'll see you in the lounge!
