Our client was buying in Plymouth and selling her Stillwater condo. For her purchase, we had to be patient and find the right property for her needs, not just the first one that looked good. On the sale side, lending rules for condos changed, so we had to scrutinize the offer before anything was signed.
That took planning, and most of it happened before anyone saw a sign in the yard.
