Got a text the other day from a stranger asking if I was the listing agent of 3245 41st Avenue S. They proceeded to text me this epic photo. “My mom leaving for work— summer of 1955. It was a very happy home— lots of love in that family and everyone has such happy memories.”

I promise - the neighborhood you choose is more important than the the actual house. These buyers looked DT, St. Paul, the suburbs… They landed 3 blocks from their house of 25+ years. My oldest seller to date! Phyllis is 96 years young. This spring she decided it was time to sell her South Minneapolis house so she wouldn’t have to go down to the basement for laundry. When we met in 1997, she walked around Lake Calhoun every morning, then she would work at the Hallmark Store in Calhoun Square. She is still as sharp as ever!
