🚨MN Homeowners - do you know you may qualify for a special property tax refund in the amount of $2500? Legislation was just changed in which Homeowners may now qualify for a refund if their property tax increased by more than 6% — rather than 12% — from 2022 to 2023. Considering how so many of our homes increased in value during this time, I suspect many of my clients to be eligible. There are no income restrictions, but there are some stipulations.
