When we first talked, my seller was honestly considering going the investor/flipper route. It felt easier and faster and she wasn't sure listing it would be worth the extra steps and fee's.

Before moving forward, we talked through what both options would actually look like.

We ended up listing - and I am really glad we did!

She just closed today for about $๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฌ,๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ than what the investor offer would have been!
