The community will offer underground heated garages, bike storage, a fitness center, laundry rooms, outdoor playground, a picnic area and Wirth Co-op, which was recently announced! The apartments will offer spacious floor plans with ample closets, resilient floors, modern appliances, window cove
rings and much more! Opportunity Neighborhood is a partner in this new development and will be the onsite social service provider, utilizing their six component resident services program model to increase housing stability, community safety and opportunities for family success. Their first priority will be to provide year-round, out-of-school time programming for K-12th grade youth. This program will revolve around tutoring, homework help, physical fitness, nutrition, community service projects, enrichment activities and life skills development. Commons at Penn is an income restricted community that offers affordable rents. We have started an interest list for those looking to move-in from December 15 – April 30.
