We love Nordy!

Hi, my name is Nordeast, they call me Nordy. My mom says I am a member of the NE Minneapolis Lions Club. When I grow up I want to be a Leader Dog for the Blind. I will live here, train, and help the Lions serve others for the next 12 months, then I will return to the Leader Dog campus in Michigan to begin formal guide dog training. For today I am having fun pulling all of the hanging dish towels down, moving moms rugs all around the kitchen, and chasing the tennis ball. I am learning to walk on a leash without tripping dad, stay sitting, and to keep my official bandana on.

This awesome non profit East Side Neighborhood Services has been serving MPLS for 108 years! Come out and support them… and enjoy some of the best food and drink the Twin Cities have to offer.

Every Voice for East Side is our annual food and beverage experience held at the Nicollet Island Pavilion, featuring local wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food, as well as live music and a silent auction.
