ra tile baths with pedestal sinks and you've got the ultimate urban living experience More than 40 different floor plans are provided, each with spacious living in mind. Some apartments are walk-ups with private entrances reminiscent of Eastern brownstones. Other plans offer interestingly shaped rooms, large studios and one or two baths. Finally an affordable, contemporary urban lifestyle in the city's most historic neighborhood and pet friendly. Pet Policy:
Pet friendly community allowing up to 3 pets, with only 2 being dogs and an 80 pound weight limit. We have an off leash dog park. Please call for more details. Restrictions or other terms: Non-Refundable $500 Pet Fee. Except on the first and second floor units, dogs can be any size. Breed restrictions apply. Call for details. Stone Arch Apartments features an off leash dog park on site, complete with all the doggie amenities you and your dog need. The park has two benches for seating, a doggie fire hydrant, is beautifully landscaped and has a locked gate. Let your dog run around, play with other dogs and enjoy themselves at our off leash park.
