Future residents will soon have a new place to call home in North Phoenix.

Union Park Residences is continuing to take shape in the Norterra master-planned community, where 308 new apartment homes will offer modern living, extensive resident amenities, and convenient access to retail, dining, parks, and recreation.

Construction continues to move forward with several key milestones achieved:
✔️Wet utilities completed
✔️Clubhouse rough-ins underway
✔️Framing started across 3 of 5 buildings

Throwback to The Fieldhouse being completed in June 2023.

Located in Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, this 12-story student housing development added 274 units, 872 bedrooms, and 5 townhomes to the community. The 432,505-square-foot project featured a unique structural design that combined post-tensioned concrete, cold-formed metal framing, metal decking, and a concrete topping.

One of the most memorable milestones was topping off the 12th story just one year after demolition began. Through strong planning, coordination, and collaboration with the project team, the building was delivered ahead of schedule, providing additional time for student move-ins before the start of the school year.

Progress continues at Townhomes on Earley 🚧

Framing is now about halfway complete, marking a major milestone as this 278-unit build-to-rent community continues to take shape. Once complete, the development will provide affordable housing options for families in Casa Grande.

We’re honored to share that The Finch has been recognized by Minnesota Real Estate Journal with the Multifamily – Suburban award.

The Finch is a seven-story, 276-unit residential community in Edina that brings a new level of design, sustainability, and community-focused living to the suburban multifamily market. The project achieved Silver certification under the National Green Building Standard and was designed in alignment with Minnesota SB2030 guidelines, reflecting its commitment to long-term environmental performance.

From overcoming complex site conditions and restoring wetlands to integrating energy-efficient systems and hospitality-driven amenities, this project reflects the strength of collaboration between ownership, design partners, trade partners, and the surrounding community.

Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, The Finch stands as a thoughtful addition to the Edina community and a project our team is incredibly proud to have helped bring to life.
