THIS is why you hire a licensed real estate professional. You know the saying...."you get what you pay for?" It is one thing to grab a Mello Yello in place of Mt. Dew every once in a while....but it amazes me that homeowners will try to cut corners on one of....if not the largest asset they have. The truth is that in most circumstances....a homeowner will NET more dollars with a professional real estate agent when selling their home. If you get caught up in the commission or cost of selling your home......you lose sight of a major goal.....which is to NET the most you can at the at end of the transaction. It is proven time and time again that homeowners take home more money by using a licensed agent vs the Opendoors or discount brokers of the world.
