So, if you've been busy getting your finances in order and feel like your current space just isn't working, there are two next steps I recommend for you.⁠

Step 1 ✅ Complete your buyer's consultation ⁠
⁠
Inside, you'll meet with an agent and discuss what the homebuying process will look like for you. You'll go over the timeline, current market conditions, actions you need to take, and get all your questions answered.⁠

Step 2 ✅ Choose your agent and complete a written buyer agreement⁠
⁠
Your agent is not only going to be your guide to the market, but they're also your advocate throughout the transaction.⁠

We know that buyers prefer homes that look their best, and staging your home (with even just minor updates) could lead to a higher sales price in a shorter amount of time.⁠
