What an unforgettable day! Our Women in Commercial Real Estate event at Eat Street Crossing was everything we hoped for and more, and then some! 🏙️✨
We began the day with great food and even better conversation at Eat Street Crossing—a unique and memorable touch to cap off an elite networking experience.
The energy in the room was truly something special. Women showing up, cheering each other on, learning, collaborating, and celebrating one another's success. That's what this community is all about.
Seeing so many familiar and new faces in that room meant everything to us. One of the standout moments? Watching one of our own, Yu Jie Chen, take the stage as a panelist. Hearing her tell her story—the real one, the hard-earned one, and seeing her stand in her power so confidently was nothing short of inspiring. We couldn't have been more proud.
Yu Jie wasn't alone. The room was full of incredible women, each bringing their own story, wisdom, and perspective. There was no competition in that space, just women genuinely pouring into one another, cheering each other on, and celebrating every win. The energy was electric, and honestly, hard to put into words.
Our two expert panels brought incredible depth and perspective to the conversation:
* Panel One featured Lisa Diehl, Yu Jie Chen, Diane Signorelli, and Kelly Manke—powerhouse women actively working and thriving in commercial real estate.
* Panel Two spotlighted Leslie Strohm, Holly Huston, and Kristy Lynch—women leading on the structural side of the industry (roofing, funding, environmental, and beyond).
Each panelist showed up authentically, poured into the room, and reminded us all of what's possible.
