Karin is a Minnesota native growing up in Prior Lake and currently residing in the Lake Minnetonka area. She graduated from Saint Olaf College where she studied Psychology and Biology and played on the tennis team. She then got her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. She has spent ten years working with a staging company in the real estate industry gettin
g homes ready to sell. As a daughter of a real estate attorney and a wife of a residential loan officer, real estate has been a key component in her life and strongly influenced her career in real estate. Besides a passion to sell homes, her education and experience in Psychology has been critical in maximizing her communication with clients. An absolute goal of hers it to make sure every transaction goes smoothly with exceptional representation and communication. In addition, her experience as a real estate consultant on the Chris Rooney Home Experts Team, a business built on referrals, she has gained a wealth of experience as both a listing and buyer specialist to help ensure excellent home selling and purchasing experiences. Outside of real estate, Karin’s time is spent with her husband and three children (12, 10 and 6). In addition to cheering on her children and husband in their various activities and milestones, there are a few of her own hobbies and interests that she makes time for including; time with friends, reading, yoga, running, walking the dog and playing tennis.
