Beth is back at it full steam.
Two projects underway in St. Louis Park: one on Pennsylvania off Minnetonka Blvd -- ready in early April -- the other on Wooddale near the awesome Excelsior Blvd. area.
Wooddale is the first all-brick house we've had. Built in 1940, owned by same family entire time -- parents until they died, their daughter until she died.

Next rehab project underway -- we're back to St. Louis Park. Cute story/half with back sunroom that will be re-framed and fully insulated/heated to become additional kitchen space. Will pop up part of the back roof for additional upstairs space and master bath. Demolition done, time to start framing. Assuming we can get materials, hopefully done mid-summer.

49th Avenue has closed! Will see what the winter market brings for new rehab opportunities. Problem for rehabbers is that lack of product on the market means occupiers are willing to buy unimproved or partly remodeled houses. The definition of "move-in ready" is changing.

Next project in the hopper, first venture into Plymouth. Stating obvious, this was in tough shape -- off-market purchase from estate of nice man that bought house for his goddaughter (and slobbish friends) to live in. Should be on market late October. 4 bed, 2 bath, plus lower home office. 3 car garage. Let the miracle begin. (Yes, there's a house there, behind the shrubs.)
