Happy Birthday Jalana! ❤️ We’re so lucky to get to celebrate you today and everything you bring to Moe Real Estate. For more than 7 years, you’ve poured so much of yourself into building this business, growing our team, and always dreaming up what’s next. Your drive and ambition are pretty incredible to watch, and somehow you always seem to have another idea around the corner!

But more than anything, we’re grateful for the way you show up for the people around you. You’re an amazing coach and mentor, and when it comes to your clients and your team, you are the ultimate mama bear. We’ve watched you walk into situations that would have the rest of us nervous and somehow make it look easy. And we can’t forget how you can go from regular Jalana to full-on business mode in a second. 😂 It’s amazing to watch!

We hope you know how loved, appreciated, and respected you are—not just as our leader, but as the person you are. You’re an incredible mom, wife, friend, and someone who inspires the people lucky enough to be around you. We hope today you get to slow down, celebrate yourself, and see even a little bit of what we see in you. Happy birthday, Jalana! We’re so grateful for you and all that you do. ❤️🎂

From Open House to Homeowner! 🏡✨

I first met Noah about a month ago at an open house, and from that first conversation, I knew we were on a mission. Getting to know him (and his wonderful parents!) during this search has been the absolute highlight of my month.

He had a very specific vision for his life in the Lake Nokomis area, and we weren't going to settle for anything less than "the one."
The market is competitive, and yes, we landed in a multiple-offer situation, but here is the best part: Noah won the house without being the highest bidder.🏆

In this market, it’s not just about the price tag—it’s about strategy, clean terms, and a little bit of real estate magic. I’m so incredibly proud to see my client-turned-friend officially close on this perfect spot today. Cheers to new beginnings and lake walks, Noah! 🥂

Looking to make a move?

The market is moving fast, but with the right strategy, you can still win big. Whether you’re looking to find your dream home in South Minneapolis or ready to list your current spot, I’m here to help you navigate the process with ease.
