Who knew a floor directory could look so good?! The Ternes fellas knocked it out of the park on this one for our building! Swing into one of these businesses to check them out for yourself.

Custom cut wood accents, and pvc numbers mounted to an acrylic panel mounted with standoffs, gloss grey dividers and matte black lettering give these a unique look!
Wood number represents what floor you are on.

Hi! Heads up on a little something you can do to help when you're downtown... The Minot Commission on Aging has really important work to do with Meals on Wheels and they need their parking spaces. So even though it looks like a public lot, it's not.

If you are popping in to The Ironhorse Kitchen+Bar, Up Your Axe, Creedence Energy Services, Companions for Children - Youth Mentoring, or Cory Garber Photography in our building please make sure to park on Central or 1st!

Hey Downtown Minot businesses and patrons, we need your help! This photo was taken at 2:30 pm today.....Did you know when you park in our lot, you are taking a space away from a senior who is here for exercise class, foot care services or to have a meal? Did you know when you park in our lot, you are taking a space away from one of our many volunteers who go out into the community to deliver Meals on Wheels? We get it, parking is an issue, but please be respectful of the posted signs and our seniors and volunteers. Thank you.

Craftwell Architecture + Construction has been guiding us through renovations from top to bottom of 21 EC. This virtual rendering they created had us blown away and even more excited to get to work. We can't wait for the day we get to show you the real walkthrough... it's so close we can taste it!

21 EC is filling up fast, but we are excited to share that 2400 sf of professional office space is still available on the 3rd floor! The space has incredible views of downtown with a build to suit opportunity. Check out these picture of the gorgeous arched windows through the available space (thanks Cory Garber Photography!) and a few renderings the 2nd floor tenants Creedence Energy Services are working on for a glimpse of what could be your new space!

One of our favorite things about this building and downtown minot is the history and memories throughout the years! Below are a few facts we've dug up. Leave us a comment about what you remember about the beautiful 21 East Central Avenue in Minot, ND.

The building was originally constructed in 1902 as the Minot Grocery Company where they were able to provide fresh produce to Northwest North Dakota at lower costs due to its access to the Soo Railroad.

We’ve been soaking up Floyd Roll’s history packed brain and learned that over the years it has changed genres and hands providing everything from selling of furniture and boats to housing Bernelle’s Beauty School and Josef’s School of Hair.
