🐶🏠 I guess I'm in the Dog House! 🏠🐶

This cute dog house (which I'm contemplating just keeping... (well, as a cat house since i don't have dogs) 😻) showed up on my lawn yesterday! 😂

That sneaky Laura Phillips with The Title Team decided it was my turn to have this little gem! 🫠

Of course I'm going to put money towards our RPAC fund (and have it move to the next lucky recipient). But now I have to decide WHO I'm going to surprise! 🤔

If you see this cute dog house around town, it's just us Minot Realtors and affiliates having alittle fun & trying to raise money for RPAC!

Internal thoughts: "Gosh I should mow my yard more often" 😬😆

As an agent, I ❤️LOVE❤️ to celebrate and post about my WINs... but normally don't post about challenges.
....So allow me to introduce you to my week so far:

💀 Delayed closing... sometimes these things happen... scheduling movers can be tricky.

🚒 Fire system sprinkler leak leading to subfloor needing to be replaced

📝 Finding out an abstract needs to be updated (when we thought there was title insurance. (which can take a few weeks)

💧 Leaky basement... and waiting for call backs from contractors

🔧 Inspection repairs and negotiation... Hopefully we can get to an agreement! 🤞

🏗️ New construction deadlines... with the rain this has not been what we had hoped for.

🌊 A tidewater appraisal (let's hope we can all get to an agreement soon) 🤞🤞

And ... I'm just trying to soak up a bit of sunshine, but contemplating on cutting my hair due to the amount of times I've got it caught rolling up my window....JUST TODAY! 🙃 (this is why pony tails are life!)😂
