Why should you invest in real estate?
1. Diversification
- Real estate gives an opportunity to grow wealth WHILE diversifying your Investments which can significantly help reduce financial risk over time. Real estate helps you create passive income too!

2. Tax advantages
- Real estate investing can provide these by the investors by often being able to reduce taxable income. Depreciation, 1031 exchanges, and mortgage interest deductions are all common examples.

3. Passive income
- The biggest reason INVESTORS invest in real estate.
Passive income can provide stability, long term growth, if you’re looking for an investment property this is probably what you’re looking for, hoping for monthly income to allow your money to work for you.

Allow me to reintroduce myself, and share part of my story with you.
Before real estate, I was living in Watford City ND working as a paraprofessional helping students with special needs learn and grow. If you’re in the public school industry and have also done that, you know it is the absolute most rewarding job and one day I hope to go back to doing it. I also was a administrative assistant at the Rough Rider Center, and that became to be a Pool assistant manager for the Watford city park district because I am/was CPR and lifeguard certified already and had years of experience so it was a perfect fit for the summer. While living there, I was in the process of completing my real estate course because I knew that no matter what I found along the way, real estate was my passion.

I grew up into the real estate industry, from both sides of my parents. To aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, siblings, we all do it. It runs in our blood and we all are hungry real estate investors. In that sense I have been nothing but lucky to have the guidance I have had through my life making my career ‘easier’ by having so much caked up knowledge over time. I was born in Steamboat Springs, CO alongside my family being from all over CO. I moved to North Dakota at a young age and it has been home ever since!

Real estate is not easy. It’s frustrating. It’s hard.
But you know what is?
Making it fun & memorable for EVERY person in a real estate transaction. Having an agent who WILL make it fun, who has great communication, who by all means does NOT know everything in the whole entire word because the loops and turns of real estate is insane and never something you’ll know everything about, but isn’t afraid to learn. An agent who will stick up for you and what YOU want within your journey. That’s me. Every client I have had has been part of my journey little do they know or even realize, and I am here to tell you I want to be part of yours.
