Allow me to reintroduce myself, and share part of my story with you.
Before real estate, I was living in Watford City ND working as a paraprofessional helping students with special needs learn and grow. If youโre in the public school industry and have also done that, you know it is the absolute most rewarding job and one day I hope to go back to doing it. I also was a administrative assistant at the Rough Rider Center, and that became to be a Pool assistant manager for the Watford city park district because I am/was CPR and lifeguard certified already and had years of experience so it was a perfect fit for the summer. While living there, I was in the process of completing my real estate course because I knew that no matter what I found along the way, real estate was my passion.
I grew up into the real estate industry, from both sides of my parents. To aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, siblings, we all do it. It runs in our blood and we all are hungry real estate investors. In that sense I have been nothing but lucky to have the guidance I have had through my life making my career โeasierโ by having so much caked up knowledge over time. I was born in Steamboat Springs, CO alongside my family being from all over CO. I moved to North Dakota at a young age and it has been home ever since!
Real estate is not easy. Itโs frustrating. Itโs hard.
But you know what is?
Making it fun & memorable for EVERY person in a real estate transaction. Having an agent who WILL make it fun, who has great communication, who by all means does NOT know everything in the whole entire word because the loops and turns of real estate is insane and never something youโll know everything about, but isnโt afraid to learn. An agent who will stick up for you and what YOU want within your journey. Thatโs me. Every client I have had has been part of my journey little do they know or even realize, and I am here to tell you I want to be part of yours.
Letโs have fun! Military, First time home-buyers, investors, sellers, upgrading, downsizing whatever it may be! Letโs have some fun and make it memorable, not stressful.
