For me, real estate was a natural fit and those with whom I have worked with would agree. e do not think of when they think of a REALTOR®. I find that being a REALTOR® takes a multitude of skills. I engage my creative side when I list a home, making certain that the house is prepped correctly for the public to see; I take all the pictures and edit them; I write all the property descriptions; and I oversee all the marketing for the home along with our two full-time administrative assistants. I use my personal skills to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers and support people. My negotiating skills are strong, effective, and insightful. I believe it is key to communicate, cooperate, and exercise patience. I feel that it is my passion to assist others to create positive lifestyle changes and to do so with professionalism, honesty, integrity, full commitment, cooperation and a willingness to serve. I believe that if I do my job properly, my clients can enjoy a positive experience and outcome.
