🏖️ SOLD on Pensacola Beach! 🌊🔑

Sometimes the best opportunities start with a simple phone call.

I originally connected with these sellers by reaching out and asking if they had ever considered selling their condo. They had recently purchased it, but they weren’t using it, and the rental income wasn’t performing the way they had hoped.

So… we had a conversation. And eventually, they said yes, let’s sell.

Fast forward — we got it on the market, and then something pretty cool happened.

The buyers actually reached out to me directly because their agent wasn’t available to show the property. I showed them the condo, answered their questions, walked them through the details, and made sure they had the information they needed.

They ended up writing an offer… and we went UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Of course, it wasn’t completely smooth sailing. 😅

There were some bumps along the way, including challenges with the rental management company as the condo was coming off the rental program. There were plenty of moving pieces to navigate, communicate through, and keep on track.

But we stayed on it, worked through the issues, and CLOSED! 🥂

This one is a great reminder that real estate isn’t always about simply putting a property on the market and waiting for a buyer.

Sometimes it’s about making the phone call.
Sometimes it’s about opening the door when someone else can’t.
Sometimes it’s about solving the problems that pop up along the way.

And sometimes, it’s just about staying in the game until you get to the closing table. 🔑

So thankful my sellers trusted me with this one — and so excited to see this condo begin its next chapter!

Behind this little title is a whole lot of coffee, driving around the Emerald Coast, unlocking doors, negotiating until my phone practically catches fire, getting way too excited over houses, and probably saying “just call me!” approximately 47 times a day. 😂
