🚨 MAJOR FLORIDA TAX NEWS! 🚨 The Florida Legislature has officially approved sending a historic property tax reform amendment to the ballot this upcoming November.
If approved by 60% of voters, this constitutional amendment could dramatically slash property taxes for primary homeowners across the Sunshine State. Here’s what is on the line:
    •    2027 Tiers: Homestead exemptions would jump from $50,000 to $150,000.
    •    2028 Tiers: The exemption would surge up to $250,000 (indexed for inflation afterward!).

    •    What it means: For many Floridians, this could reduce their non-school local property taxes all the way down to ZERO.
