Apex Residential Analytics is Leveling Up!
It’s been a whirlwind behind the scenes, but the momentum is real—and we’re not slowing down.
This past week, our founder and lead appraiser has been deep in the lab (OK, her home office with lots of coffee) building out proprietary tools to better support the new GSE requirements for time and market condition adjustments. These tools aren’t just filler—they’re meaningful, data-driven, and custom-built to visually and clearly illustrate how we arrive at our conclusions. No guessing. No generic charts. Just clean, defendable analysis tailored to our market.
But that’s just the START.
We’ve expanded the Apex crew! 🎉
✔️ Web development team? Onboarded.
✔️ Accounting support? Check.
✔️ Reception pros? Still rockin’ it.
✔️ Business Operations Specialist?

We’ve got to shout out our Appraisal Support Specialist Remar Jhon Bilagantol. This guy has been through it all during our rapid-fire growth—shifting from front-end client support to assisting our appraisers directly, all while helping build out our internal tracking systems and preparing to take on billing and receivables.
(Make that two cats out of the bag… meow meow. 😼)
