South Florida's first inland waterfront destination needed a developer who has built at a large scale, in this market. That's why Miramar Cove has partnered with Stiles for construction management and development. Stiles has spent 75 years building across the Southeast, creating an extensive track record of over 54 million square feet of office, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects. It was an incredible sun-drenched day in South Florida as the first shovels officially hit the dirt on what will become one of the region’s most exciting new waterfront destinations. Located just off the Florida Turnpike and minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, Miramar Cove is perfectly positioned between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, bringing a new kind of lifestyle destination to the heart of West Broward. We’re incredibly grateful Mayor Wayne M Messam, our owners at Sunbeam, and the development team at Stiles were present to celebrate this next step with us.

This 125-acre destination will deliver a walkable, effortlessly tropical 15-minute community packed with world-class dining, entertainment, retail, contemporary residences, and lush park trails.
